Patricia "Pat" Petrucci who worked for a few years with Stewart-Carey Glass in Carmel, Ind, and most lately with King's Distributors in Evansville, Ind, died on April one. She was 78. 

She's survived by a child, Michael Petrucci ; a daughter, Sylvia Lewis, and her man, Jim ; a granddaughter, Chloe Petrucci ; and a bro, Michael Greig, and his wife, Margaret. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Louise Greig ; a boy, Mark ; a sister, LeDonna Hogue ; and a brother, James Greig. 

A funeral service was held yesterday at Crown Hill Funderal Home, and she was entombed at Crown Hill Garden Burial chamber.
